The bar chart compares the expenditure of consumer on six various items in four countries, namely Germany, Italy, France and Britain.

It can be clearly seen that, British citizens spent considerably more money on all six goods than the people in the other three countries did. Out of six items, consumers allocated the most money to photographic film.

British people spent just above 170000$ on photographic film, which is also the highest rate on the chart. In contrast, Germans were the lowest overall spenders, with almost similar numbers (just below 150.000$) for each of the six products.

The rate of spending on toys stood at the same level in both France and Italy, at approximately 160.000$. Nevertheless, while people in France spent more than Italians on photographic film and CDs,  for Italians spending on personal stereos, tennis racquets and perfumes came more . The sum of money French consumers spent on tennis racquets, about 145.000, is the lowest figure of expenditure shown.
